Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Please note all this excludes all promotional sales, clearance items, and custom products.

how do i return a product?
- 1. Please make sure your order qualifies by reaching out to our team by phone at (407) 951-7929 or email at Friends@FriendlilyPress.com. Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt with exclusions on promotional, clearance, and custom items.
2. Return your order and packing slip. Please send your order and its original packing slip to:

Any order returned to the wrong address (i.e. the address not provided on the return form) will incur a rerouting fee subtracted from the refund.
3. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take up to ten business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact email@example.com.
Can I exchange a product?
- We do not offer exchanges at this time, but we will always try to be as accommodating as we can. Please feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

- We offer a one-time price adjustment on full-price purchases only within 7 days of your order being placed. We will refund the price difference to your original form of payment. Refunds cannot be placed on a gift card unless that was the original payment method used. We are not able to honor gifts with purchase promotions on orders that have already been placed. Requests for price adjustments can be sent to email@example.com.
How long does it take to receive an orer?
Products ship within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped through USPS and UPS depending on the selected shipping speed and product. Both options include tracking, and items typically arrive 3-5 days after the item has shipped. International orders are shipped via First Class Mail International. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery, as packages sometimes get held up in customs.
